Deliverables: Advanced analytics, ML models (if applicable), team training.
Week 11–12: Handoff
Full documentation, comprehensive team training, and complete knowledge transfer. Your team owns everything — no vendor lock-in, no recurring mystery invoices, no dependency on us.
Deliverables: Documentation, runbooks, training sessions.
