We’re tool-agnostic and work with whatever you have: Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, Heap, Segment, Rudderstack, BigQuery, and custom solutions. If you’re choosing a tool, we can recommend the right fit based on your team size, budget, and technical capabilities.
How do you handle event tracking implementation?
We start with an event taxonomy — a structured document that defines every event, its properties, and naming conventions. Then we work with your engineering team to implement tracking (or do it ourselves if you use a tag manager). We validate every event before building analytics on top.
How long until we see actionable insights?
If your tracking is already in place, we can deliver funnel and retention analyses within 1-2 weeks. If we need to implement tracking from scratch, expect 3-4 weeks for instrumentation + 2-4 weeks of data collection before meaningful cohort analysis. Quick wins (like identifying the biggest funnel drop-off) come within the first week.
Do we need a data team to benefit from product analytics?
No. We build self-serve dashboards that product managers can use directly. We also document everything and train your team. Many of our clients start with zero data headcount and only hire their first analyst after we’ve built the foundation and proven the value.
